Welcome to Alpha Movers! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Alpha Movers App ("App"), which is a mobile application that facilitates ride bookings (for tricycles, motorbikes, cars, etc.) and parcel deliveries. By accessing or using the Alpha Movers App as either a customer or a driver, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Welcome to Alpha Movers! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Alpha Movers App ("App"), which is a mobile application that facilitates ride bookings (for tricycles, motorbikes, cars, etc.) and parcel deliveries. By accessing or using the Alpha Movers App as either a customer or a driver, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Alpha Movers App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. We may update or modify these Terms at any time, and any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. You should review these Terms periodically to stay informed about any changes.
2. Eligibility
Customer Users: To use the Alpha Movers App as a customer, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the service.
Driver Users: To use the Alpha Movers Rider App as a driver, you must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and meet all other eligibility criteria required by Alpha Movers (such as vehicle inspection and insurance requirements). You must also comply with all applicable local regulations in the Philippines.
3. Account Registration
Customer Accounts: To use the ride-booking and parcel delivery services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, email address, phone number, and payment information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Driver Accounts: Drivers must register by providing relevant documents (e.g., driver’s license, vehicle registration) and personal details. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate, and you must keep your account details up-to-date.
4. Services Provided
Alpha Movers provides a platform for customers to request transportation services (ride bookings) or parcel delivery, and for drivers to offer transportation or delivery services. The specific services available may vary depending on the type of vehicle (tricycle, motorbike, car, etc.) and the area in which you are located.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to use the App for lawful purposes and in accordance with local laws and regulations.
You are responsible for ensuring that the pickup and drop-off addresses are accurate.
You agree to pay for services rendered, including any applicable fees, taxes, or charges, and to ensure that your payment details are valid.
You agree to treat drivers with respect and courtesy and refrain from any abusive behavior or actions that may harm or endanger others.
6. Driver Responsibilities
Drivers agree to provide safe and timely transportation or parcel delivery services as requested through the App, in compliance with local laws, road safety standards, and regulations.
Drivers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is properly maintained and insured to operate legally.
Drivers must treat customers with respect and professionalism and provide a high standard of service.
Drivers are prohibited from using the App for any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or discrimination.
7. Payment and Fees
For Customers: By using the App, you agree to pay for all services rendered, including any applicable fees for rides, deliveries, or additional services. Payments are processed through the App’s payment gateway, and Alpha Movers reserves the right to adjust pricing as necessary.
For Drivers: Drivers will receive payment for services rendered as per the rates set by Alpha Movers. The payment will be processed through the App after a ride or delivery is completed, and drivers may be subject to commission fees charged by Alpha Movers.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customer Cancellations: If you cancel a ride or parcel delivery request after the driver has been assigned or is en route, you may incur a cancellation fee.
Driver Cancellations: If a driver cancels a ride or delivery without reasonable cause or prior notice, they may be subject to penalties, including but not limited to a reduction in rating or suspension from the platform.
Refunds: Refunds for services are subject to the specific circumstances, including cancellation, service issues, or disputes. Refund requests should be made through the App’s support system.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or disruptive to the App or other users.
Use the App to distribute harmful content, malware, or viruses.
Engage in any discriminatory, offensive, or abusive behavior towards other users, including customers and drivers.
Use the App for any commercial purpose other than as explicitly authorized by Alpha Movers.
Failure to adhere to these conduct guidelines may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
10. Limitation of Liability
Alpha Movers is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to, accidents, delays, vehicle failures, or any personal injury or property damage during a ride or parcel delivery.
We do not guarantee the availability of rides or drivers at all times and cannot be held liable for issues related to service availability.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Movers, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, or damages arising out of your use of the App, including any violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
Alpha Movers reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity. Upon termination, your rights to use the App will immediately cease.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of the App or services will be resolved through informal negotiations. If such a dispute cannot be resolved, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in the Philippines under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center.
14. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in the Philippines.
15. Miscellaneous
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alpha Movers concerning the use of the App.
